The public lands color coded recreation sections make it easy to see who manages public lands where you want to camp, and the shaded relief sections help visualize what terrain you will encounter. These maps don’t show every back country road, but the roads shown are suitable for most vehicle travel.
Besides road and administrative boundry information, these Atlas have State Parks, Forests & Wildlife Areas, River Rafting Areas, Boating & Fishing, RV parks, public campgrounds, climate information, and even other information such as the locations of lighthouses, cheese factories etc. in a listed format to easily find on the map pages.
