camping is permitted in Riverside Park on the north side of Interstate
76 at exit 80. Water, trash, and even electricity is
available. The town offers RV supplies, food, fuel and more.

Fort Morgan's Riverside City Park. The park is located on the
north side of town at exit 80 of Interstate 76.
USDA Pawnee National

camping is also allowed on the Pawnee
National Grassland north of Fort Morgan. This area is over
190,000 acres, and includes Pawnee Buttes. These historic
landmarks were called Rattlesnake Buttes in the popular James
Michener book "Centennial". This area has has an interesting
history and numerous outdoor recreation opportunities. Click
on the map for the official National Grasslands web site. The
light blue shaded areas show the approximate location of the
grasslands. There is private land mixed within the
grasslands, so we recommend getting an official Pawnee National
Grasslands map that shows the exact locations of public and private
lands.
