Grand
Canyon
Location
This map shows the approximate location of
Grand Canyon Village, and Grand Canyon National Park. RV
camping is allowed just outside the park boundary.
Free RV Camping Location
The following map shows only a few
RV camping locations near the Grand Canyon's south rim. The
solid light blue line shown just above the RV camping
locations is the Grand Canyon National Park boundary.
Dispersed RV camping (boondocking) is allowed outside the park.
USFS Administered Lands
The light blue shaded area of this map
reflects US Forest Service (USFS) and National Park Service (NPS)
administered lands near Grand Canyon. Dispersed RV camping is
allowed on USFS administered lands, but NPS doesn't allow allow
dispersed RV camping within the Grand Canyon National Park
boundary. NPS provides good boundary signs so you should
have no trouble finding good RV camping locations without accidentally
entering the park.
