You don’t need a horse to camp for free at the Brushy Creek Horse Area. The campground offers first come first serve non numbered primitive camp sites with a 7 day camping limit.
Free RV camping is permitted at the Airey Recreation Area located near Saucier. The campground offers first come first serve non numbered primitive camp sites. There are flush toilets and water available as well as fishing at the 3 acre lake. There is a 7 day limit.

RV camping is available at several camping areas managed by the US Army Corps of Engineers along the Tennessee-Tombigbee Waterway. Some campgrounds have electricity. Activities include hiking, fishing, swimming, and boating.
RV camping is available at the US Forest Service Chewalla Lake Recreation Area. Nine of the campgrounds 36 campsites have electricity. Activities include hiking, fishing, swimming, and boating.
RV camping is available at the National Park Service Davis Bayou Campground located near Ocean Springs. The campground offers 51 first come first serve camp sites. There are flush toilets available, and water and electricity at every campsite. This campground will accommodate RVs up to 45 feet long.
